Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By booking a service or joining Revanta Reserve, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
2. Services
Revanta provides mobile car detailing at the customer-supplied address. Final pricing is estimated online and confirmed on arrival based on vehicle size and condition. We do not offer scratch/paint correction, paint protection film, or full ceramic coating. Our Ceramic Spray Coat is a hydrophobic spray-on product, not a full ceramic coating.
3. Bookings & cancellations
- Appointments must be booked through the website or by contacting us directly.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee.
- Access to the vehicle, water, and a reasonable parking area at the service address is the customer's responsibility.
4. Revanta Reserve membership
- Reserve memberships are month-to-month recurring subscriptions billed automatically to the card on file.
- There is a 3-month minimum term. After the minimum, you may cancel at any time and the membership ends at the close of the current billing period.
- Founding rates are locked for the first 15 members and remain locked while the membership stays active. If a membership lapses or is canceled, re-enrollment is at the then-current rate.
- Missed appointments due to customer unavailability do not roll over.
- Annual prepay option: pay 12 months up front and receive 1 month free. Prepay is non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us and Stripe to charge the applicable amounts for one-time services or recurring memberships. Failed payments may result in suspension of service.
6. Warranty & liability
We take great care with every vehicle. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects. Reasonable claims must be reported within 24 hours of service. Our maximum liability under these Terms is the amount paid for the service in question.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
