• Booking info: service address, vehicle details, package and add-on selections, appointment times, and internal notes.
• Reserve billing info: plan, vehicle type, and payment tokens returned by our payment processor. We do not store your card number on our servers.
• Technical info: IP address, browser, and session identifiers needed to keep you signed in and to secure the site.

How we use it

• Schedule and deliver detailing appointments.
• Bill and manage Revanta Reserve memberships.
• Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum information needed with trusted service providers:

• Stripe — payment processing and recurring subscription billing.
• Hosting and database providers — to run the website and store bookings and accounts securely.

• You can cancel Revanta Reserve after the 3-month minimum term at any time.
• You can opt out of non-essential marketing messages at any time.

Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, and role-based access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
